What is Hoedown HQ?
Hoedown HQ specializes in line dancing for corporate events, hens parties, and community gatherings. We bring the fun and energy of line dancing to your event, making it memorable for everyone involved.
Do I need any prior experience?
No prior experience is necessary! Our instructors are skilled at teaching all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. We’ll guide you through the steps and ensure everyone has a great time.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Think about what you’d wear to a casual party or a night out dancing. Just make sure you can move freely!
How long are the sessions?
Our sessions can range from 1-3 hours, depending on your event's schedule. We can customise the duration to fit your needs.
Can we book a private event?
Absolutely! We offer private line dancing sessions for any occasion. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you plan the perfect event.
Can I create a custom event?
You absolutely can! Feel free to reach out and we will tailor the event to meet yout needs.
Do you have package pricing?

Do you have a minimum spend?
We do have a minimum spend of $450.00
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you may cancel your booking; however, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers work already completed, time spent planning and reserving your date, as well as turning down other opportunities to accommodate your booking.
If your event is cancelled within two (2) weeks of the event date, the full payment will be non-refundable. This is because significant preparation and vendor commitments will already have been made by this stage.

Do you travel?
Yes! Hoedown HQ is based in Perth, but we’re happy to travel across Western Australia for events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
What music do you dance to?
We mix it up! Our sessions include a range of country, pop, and crowd-favourite line dances so everyone recognises something.
How do you book Hoedown HQ?

Can you run a fundraiser for our club or organsation?
Absolutely. Hoedown HQ runs line dancing fundraiser events that are perfect for sporting clubs, schools and community groups. We can help you create a fun event that brings people together while raising money.
How many people can participate?
Our sessions can work for small groups or large crowds. Whether it’s a group of 10 or a room of 200, we’ll structure the session so everyone can get involved.
What space to we need?
A flat open space works best. This could be:
A function room
Pub or venue floor
Outdoor space
Backyard or private property
School oval or sports hall
